About the Auckland Offroad Racing Club

The Auckland Offroad Racing Club was formed in the year 2004 from two existing Offroad Racing clubs -  Auckland Buggy Club and Western Districts Offroad Racing Club. Our main goal is to promote the sport of offroad racing under the umbrella of our parent body ORANZ (Offroad Racing Association of New Zealand). We race on natural formed terrain, gravel roads and man made dirt circuits.

There are many types of classes from purpose built offroaders , production based trucks to modified open class trucks. We just about race any thing as long as it can handle the terrain we race on. Visit our controlling body at ORANZ for more detailed information on classes and race venues.
